Madison Graham is the co-founder of the Center for Supportive Communities (CSC), a nonprofit that leverages behavioral science to create equal opportunities and drive meaningful change for children, families, and communities. CSC’s flagship program, SupportEd, is a truancy prevention and diversion initiative operating in Douglas County, KS. Madison began her involvement with SupportEd as an undergraduate behavioral mentor and later supervised the program while pursuing graduate studies. Passionate about criminal justice reform, Madison also contributed to the development of the Another Chance Justice Project, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting wrongfully convicted and excessively sentenced individuals in Oklahoma. In 2023, Madison earned a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science and is currently pursuing both a Master’s in Public Administration and a PhD in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas. She believes that a community-based approach, focused on the individualized needs of clients and their families, is the most effective way to strengthen and uplift communities.
